Alexis Sanchez sends message to Arsenal after beating Real Madrid in Champions League
Alexis Sanchez has sent a special message to Arsenal after they knocke Real Madrid out of the Champions League this week.

In a post to his followers on Instagram, Sanchez poste a picture of himself celebrating in an Arsenal shirt with the caption: ‘In football there are loves that you never forget.’

Speaking in 2020, Sanchez opene up on his decision to leave Arsenal in order to join United and admitte he realise he had made a mistake after just one training session.
‘I accepte the opportunity to go to United, it felt tempting and it was something good for me, I liked this club a lot when I was a kid,’ Sanchez said.
‘Eventually I signe but I didn’t ask for information on what was happening inside the club.
‘Sometimes there are things that you don’t realise until you get there, and I remember the first training session I had, I realise a lot of things.
‘They laughed, I told them there’s something that doesn’t sit right, it doesn’t seem good.
‘But I already signe, I was already there. After the first few months I carrie on having the same feeling, we weren’t united as a team in that moment.’
In 2023, Sanchez made an attempt to return to Arsenal on a free transfer after his contract with Marseille expired.
